How to access and download files from the FTP site

Right click on the file you wish to access and select Download.
If the dialog box offers a choice of Open or Save, select Save - Do not open and do not double-click on a file. Instead, save the file to the local drive and open locally.

Alternatively, if you wish to download several files at once click on the FTP Voyager JV button at the upper right corner of the screen and follow the instructions.
